The Rule of Love and Service
Inspired by our founder Archbishop Adrian Spruit, who established our historical Church in 1958 (The Catholic Apostolic Church of Antioch) we seek to find the most loving solutions to the problems of life in our community and the world. We aim to grow love by caring for each other, our larger community, and God's creation. We support a variety of loving service projects and causes with our energy and tithes.
CLERGY
Holy Orders
Our Clergy (Deacons, Priests, and Bishops) have been ordained in a Free and Independent Catholic apostolic lineage that integrates both Western and Eastern lines of succession, and traces its authenticity back to the apostles. We are NOT under the Roman Catholic Church, although we consider ourselves in Communion with the One Holy and Apostolic Church in it's many diverse forms throughout the world. Independent Catholicism has existed since the early church, and there is much documented history to share if this is of interest to you. Women, married people, and those of any sexual identity and preference can follow their vocational call towards ordination.
